A sizable portion of our Volunteer International Outreach work that we do actually falls
into this category: Hurricanes, Tornadoes, War-Zone, Drought, and natural Calamity.
Just so happens that we perform the same specialized attention here in Chicagoland.
Let me be real blunt:
Here's why you wanna hire us to put your "Humpty-Dumpty back together again":
Big Insurers (Allstate, Nationwide, Travelers, State Farm, etc.)... they don't really care
about your situation. They're simply trying to find as many insidious ways to exploit
your pathetic circumstance even when you've shown due good faith.
To exacerbate the problem, there are plenty of companies out there (JC Restoration,
ServPro, Laurens, ServiceMaster) "in bed" with these companies to provide lame and
half-assed remedies using "hourly" personnel (don't be fooled: just because you wear
a "namebag" doesn't make you "Certified" in anything!! (maybe b.s.??!)
Even their "Exactamate" construction estimating software spreadsheets are all the
same!
Here's the core issue, as an exiguous example: You have a fancy hardwood floor:
their "software" has a line item entry for "floor" (and it's several $$$ per square foot
than actual replacement cost!) What do you do? You gonna have to pay for that out
of your pocket? You want some "guy" who's used to installing "beige carpet" touching
your bathroom marble? You want some "Service Tech" trying to perform a detailed
kitchen installation? (By the way: he's gotta head to his other job at 5pm).
People hire us to perform their disaster reconstructions because we come with:
