Even in these "Recessionary Times" what with Oil at, like $125/barrel (the barrel cost $125: the oil
inside of it costs extra!) I am amazed by how many houses continue to be bought and sold. And as
a window, entryway, and door installation sub-contracting entity to many hard working, firmly rooted
developers, it always tickles me when I ask, Hey, aren't you worried about the economy?"

The answer I often get is,
"Nah, Nah I've been through this before. (1985, 1990, 2001)".

And such properties do in fact consistently get close to 90-92% of asking price (not bad considering
the Dow is down so much).

So what is it? What are these companies doing that keeps them going strong? The answer: high
quality and distinctive craftsmanship. In fact, I had one builder client recently wield enough
chutzpah
to say to me, "...the worse the Economy gets the more panache I throw in the house. After all,
I gotta move these babies!!".

So here's how we may be able to help:

#1. If you're still in the "design phase" we can make consultative recommendations.
#2. If it's
your house then you may wish to place a extra emphasis on wood species types and or
extra-high performing windows. If you're a spec builder constructing a unit for
someone else then
you might wish to value engineer the happy medium between maximizing profit and minimizing
investment outlay.
#3. If you're using a Title Company or Construction Loan: we can try to plan delivery and installations
more strategically to keep your interest cost draws minimized.
#4. Of course we can do standard blueprint takeoffs and all that stuff. We'll give you a fully bundled
estimate and lots of other stuff, too.

We know that, at the end of the day, everything has to fit together for the right reasons.

And that is why we would be thrilled to earn your loyalty as a partner.
